Navygate Group Glopal has partnererd with Özata Group which was founded in 1985 established in İstanbul.
Back than performing steel processing and piping works on new constructions together with repair and conversion vessels formed the new company’s core business.
A New Building Yard because the mission was to invest and establishment. With the vision to be a significant role player in ship building, and with the vast field experience in ship repairs, originated from the very first years in business, in an effort to widen the spectrum of services the Group took the extra mile by investing a second shipyard and establishing Repair Shipyard too.
